Cupcakes for Meningitis Day 3

 

Hello, here is another cupcake card!  Again made to support the coffee mornings being held at my local hair and beauty salon in support of the Meningitis Trust.

The background is stamped with the small dots stamp from the Confetti stamp set (this is a set of 6 stamps that are really useful for backgrounds).  I also used some chocolate chip scallop dot ribbon.
